A Wedding Menu Should Feel Like You

Some weddings call for beautifully plated courses. Others are made for overflowing tables, shared dishes and guests helping themselves. Some begin with grazing and canapés and move into dinner; others keep the food moving throughout the celebration.

We build the catering around the celebration rather than forcing every wedding into the same format.

01 · The refined choice

Seated Dining

The classic wedding dinner, beautifully done.

For couples wanting a more refined dining experience, our seated menus bring restaurant-style food and polished service to the wedding setting.

Courses are served with the timing and attention of a proper dining experience, allowing guests to settle in, enjoy the table and experience the menu as part of the celebration.

Depending on the selected menu and event, the sequence may move from canapés or grazing on arrival into entrée, main and dessert, with alternate-drop options where appropriate, then petit fours — supported by on-site chefs, wait staff and an agreed beverage service.

02 · The generous choice

Shared Feast Dining

Generous food. Beautiful tables. Everyone sharing.

Shared Feast Dining creates a relaxed, social atmosphere while still feeling considered and beautifully presented. Generous dishes are brought to the table for guests to pass, share and enjoy together.

The menu can draw from different cuisine directions without forcing the celebration into a rigid themed package.

Modern

Proteins, seasonal vegetables, salads, potatoes and generous sides.

Italian

Slow-cooked dishes, pasta, lasagne, salads, breads and generous table food.

Middle Eastern

Slow-cooked meats, rice, hummus, tabbouleh, vegetables, flatbreads and vibrant accompaniments.

Mexican / Latin-inspired

Slow-cooked meats, tortillas, rice, corn, fresh salsas, salads, sauces and colourful sides.

03 · Shared Feast & Roaming Bowls

Shared Feast Dining & Roaming Bowls

NO QUEUES, NO DISAPPEARING FROM THE PARTY – JUST FOOD THAT KEEPS COMING

A wedding can include Shared Feast Dining, Roaming Bowls, or both. Shared feasts bring generous dishes to the table, while substantial, beautifully presented bowls are brought directly to guests as the celebration continues.

Roaming Bowls are a complete contemporary dining format—not a minor add-on—giving guests the generosity of dinner without leaving the party to stand in long food queues.

Grazing Tables

A beautifully styled grazing table gives guests somewhere to gather from the moment they arrive — ideal during drinks, photographs or before the reception moves into dinner.

Canapés

Let the food move with the celebration. Canapés can be roamed through cocktail hour or incorporated into a larger wedding menu, with Premium Canapés available as an elevated option.

Build the Day in Layers

Your wedding does not have to fit into one catering format. We can combine different elements to create a natural flow from arrival through to the final part of the night.

Keep Them Fed After Dark

When the dance floor is full and dinner feels like a long time ago, a late-night round of something substantial can be exactly what the party needs.

Current finger-food choices such as sliders, chicken karaage, pizza-style options or bao may be suitable depending on the selected menu.

Wedding bar & beverage service

From First Pour to Final Toast

Speak with us about beverage supply and bar-service options for your wedding.

BYO beverage service, experienced bar staff, wine and beverage-service planning, glassware and portable bar support where appropriate can be discussed around the venue and confirmed event requirements.

Straightforward agreed cocktails may also be prepared and served as part of the confirmed wedding beverage plan.

On-site service

You Celebrate. We Run the Food.

Our team manages the practical side of catering on the day so couples can focus on the celebration rather than worrying about service timing and food logistics.

Depending on the agreed event plan, that team may include on-site chefs, wait staff, roaming staff, experienced bar staff and kitchen support, together with catering setup, service and pack-down.

Dietary planning

Everyone at the Table

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements can be discussed as part of menu planning so we can explain suitable options and any limitations clearly before the event.

Because food is prepared in a shared kitchen, we will also explain relevant allergen and cross-contact limitations. A completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
